Student Line of Credit

Northridge Savings’ student Line of Credit can assist students in financing their post-secondary education:
  • Approved up to a maximum of $6,000 a year for a maximum of five years for full-time students

  • Charged a competitive interest rate only when you use it

Home Equity Line of Credit

A Home Equity Meritline can be pre-arranged for up to 65% of the appraised value of your property, depending on your mortgage situation and offers:
  • Convenience of a one-time application for several loans
  • Borrow what you need, at the time you need it
  • Maximum repayment flexibility (minimum payment is monthly interest)
  • One-time legal and appraisal fees lets you use equity in your home to secure funds for future needs

Community Builder Mortgage

A unique fundraising opportunity for your worthwhile non-profit organization!
